I purchased a Gold Membership for my kid. Why do they not have Gold access?

Here's how to make sure that the Gold Membership is enabled/assigned for the kid you intend to be using it.

  • From your ChessKid Parent home page, click on "Manage" followed by "Kids":

  • Check that the Gold Membership badge next to the kid's username is gold, not grey.
  • You can enable or disable Gold Membership access anytime with a single click on either the "+" (plus) or the "x" next to your Kid's username:
