Friend requests on ChessKid

On ChessKid, kids can send and accept friend requests from other kids. A friend is added when one kid sends a request and the other accepts it. This ensures that both kids agree to the friendship before they can play.

Adults cannot be friends with kids unless they are a Guardian or ChessKid staff.

In addition, Parent and Coach accounts can impersonate their kids to keep track of all correspondences, friends, and other behavior.

How do I impersonate my kid?

  1. From your Parent account, click 'Manage' in the top menu and select 'Kids.'
