When does my membership end?

To view your subscription details, click the cogwheel icon next to your avatar and select 'Subscription.' Here you will see your current plan and its expiration date.

To view your membership details, tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner and select 'Settings,' then tap 'Membership.' You can see your membership status, when it will expire or renew, and whether it is set to renew automatically.

If you purchased your Gold through Apple, then what you will see is where you originally purchased your subscription.

If you purchased your subscription through Apple (rather than ChessKid.com), you will need to contact Apple directly to make changes to your subscription. See: How to change my Apple subscription. You can also reach Apple Support at 1-800-692-7753 or visit the Apple Support website.
