I purchased a Gold Membership for my child. Can I access the Gold Membership features from my Parent account?

Parents who purchase a Gold Membership for their child also receive a Gold Membership, as long as you both are using the same email address.

If you are unable to access the Gold features after upgrading, try logging out and then logging back in.  If this still does not work, please contact our support team, at support@chesskid.com or submitting the form here!
