I purchased a Gold Membership for my child. Can I access the Gold Membership features from my Parent account?
Yes, upon purchase of a ChessKid gold membership for your child, an adult ChessKid account also receives gold complimentarily.
If you are unable to access the Gold features after upgrading,
- Try logging out and then logging back in.
- Double-check that both accounts (Kid and the Parent) have the same Primary email address listed on their accounts. That's how our system recognizes the Parent-Kid Guardian connection as well as the application of the complimentary Adult gold. (In your "Settings")
