The rescheduling policy is as follows:
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your lesson without penalty. If you need to reschedule after that, it is at the coach's discretion; otherwise, you will forfeit that lesson.
To reschedule, refer to the confirmation email you received from the Calendly program. It will have a Reschedule link at the bottom:
Then, just select a new time from the calendar!
