First, you’ll need to confirm which "Guardian Email" your kid entered when their account was created. This email must match the one you entered on your Parent account. If both emails are a match, then our system will automatically sync you both as Parent / Kid and your kid will now show under the "My Kids" section.

To review your kid’s Guardian email, log in to your Kid account and go to the settings page.

Note that due to security reasons, kids are not able to edit the Guardian email. Please feel free to 'Contact Us' and our Team will be very happy to assist you!

To review your own email, log in into your Adult account and go to the settings page.

Here, you can edit your own email by clicking on the edit icon if needed.
