Fast Chess on ChessKid

If you want to play against an adult account, remember that Parents and Coaches can play Fast Chess, but they must send a direct challenge to one of their kids or friends.

If you and your friend (whether they have a Kid or Adult account) are already listed as friends but still can’t play Fast Chess, make sure both of you are online and on the Fast Chess page. This will ensure that your friend appears in the Fast Chess panel, where you can challenge them to a game!

How to get to the Fast Chess page

  1. From your Kid account, click 'Play' in the left-side menu, then select 'Play vs. Kid'.

  2. Click on the 'Friends' tab (the icon that looks like a person) on the right side of the Fast Chess screen. If your friend is online and on the Fast Chess page, their name will appear in the list.

  3. Click the 'Play' icon next to their name to send them a challenge request.

    • Alternatively, use the search bar to find their username and challenge them directly.
