How to cancel a Gold Membership
Gold Memberships on ChessKid automatically renew at the end of each cycle, so you never lose your premium benefits. Follow the steps below to cancel your membership, whether it was purchased through an Adult account or a Kid account.
Log into the account that purchased the Gold Membership and click on the cogwheel icon ('Settings') next to the avatar.
On the left side if it was from a Kid Account.
On the top menu if it was from an Adult Account.
Select 'Subscription' and click 'See Billing Info.'
Click 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' or 'Cancel Gold Membership' on the right sidebar.
Even if your account shows a Gold Membership, it may have been purchased through a linked account. Only the purchasing account can view or cancel it. If you’re unsure where it was purchased, contact our Support Team for assistance.
Membership that may require a different process
Apple and Google Play
ChessKid cannot manage or update subscriptions purchased through third parties like Apple or Google Play. For renewals, cancellations, or refunds, please contact their support team.
