💡 Schools can only delete a Kid account without a Guardian. If the kid has a Guardian then only the Guardian is able to delete the Kid account.
To delete one of your student’s accounts, go to the Group / Subgroup where that kid lives and once you find the kid, click the three stacked lines and select ‘Edit Kid’
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Disable Account’ button:
Click 'Ok' to confirm your request:
Once the account is closed, to make sure all the data is permanently removed you will have to contact our Support Team and request to delete your account.
💡 Once data is deleted it will be impossible to recover it.
