If you're using an Apple device, you will need to find the username currently connected to your account.
If you've purchased a gold membership, sometimes it accidentally attaches to a different username. Here are two options to check which username is connected to your purchase:
Open your ChessKid App and attempt to purchase another membership. Go through the process without completing the purchase. When doing this, you should see a pop-up with the ChessKid username linked to your Apple ID.
If the first option doesn't generate a username pop-up, log out and create a new username by clicking on the Sign-Up button next to the login area. Then, try purchasing again until you see the pop-up showing the username.
After following these steps, you should see a pop-up indicating the username associated with your gold account purchase.
