Gold Membership sharing
Unfortunately, we are not able to participate in the subscription linking due to not having access to third-party billing portals; Apple or Google Play.
While we generally recommend one Gold membership per child for the best personalized experience, a Gold membership can be shared between connected Kid accounts. Please note that only one Kid account (and its connected Parent account) can use Gold at a time.
To connect accounts, all Parent and Kid accounts must have the same primary email address. This is how our system recognizes the Parent-Kid connection and assigns the Adult account as the Primary Guardian, which enables account management and Gold sharing.
Once the accounts are connected, Gold should be purchased from the connected Parent account. If Gold was purchased from a Kid account, you will need to cancel that subscription and repurchase it through the Parent account.
After purchase, Gold can be assigned or removed from within the connected Parent account. Click here for more information.
If you do not have a Parent account yet, click here to create one. Be sure to use the same primary email address listed on your child’s account so the accounts can connect properly.
