How do I get a refund for my ChessKid membership from Google Play?

If you purchased your ChessKid membership through Google Play (not ChessKid.com), refund requests must be submitted directly through Google.

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. At the top right, click your profile picture.

  2. Click 'Payments & subscriptions,' then 'Budget & order history.'

  3. For the order you want to return, click 'Report a problem.'

  4. Select the option that describes your situation.

  5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

  6. Click 'Submit.'

After submitting, you’ll see a confirmation message: 'Thank you for sharing your concerns.'

You’ll typically receive a response by email within 15 minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to 4 business days.
