The recipient needs to enter the unique subscription code into the ‘Promo Code box’ located in the Membership page. This can be done directly from the account they want to apply the Gold membership to.
Here are the instructions:
Login to your account and the account in which you would like to redeem the Gift.
Go to the membership page
Scroll down and click on the "Promo Code" button. This will open it up to paste in the code.
Copy the code and paste it into the Promo Code box.
Click on the "Apply" button, and the account will be upgraded immediately!
