How to redeem a gift membership
If someone gifted you a Gold membership on ChessKid, the purchaser should have received an email with a unique subscription code and instructions for redeeming it. Once you have the code, simply follow the steps below to activate your membership:
Log in to the ChessKid account where you want to activate the Gold membership.
Go to the membership page:
If you're using a Kid account, click 'Go Gold' in the left-side menu.
If you're using an Adult account, click 'Manage' in the top menu and select 'Gold Membership.'
In the 'Unlock Full Access' section, click 'Get Yearly Plan.'
On the checkout page, enter your gift code in the designated field. Click 'Apply' and your account will be upgraded to Gold immediately!
