Managing Gold seats on ChessKid
From your Enterprise account homepage, click 'Go to Groups'.
You can also click 'Manage' in the top menu and select 'Groups.'
Open the group where you want to manage Gold seats, then click the 'Kids' tab.
To remove a Gold membership, click the badge icon with the red X next to the child’s avatar. To assign a Gold membership, click the badge icon with the green + next to the child’s avatar.
If a child already has Gold and you do not see the green + option, it usually means their Gold was added another way (for example, they purchased it separately).
