Where's my gold membership?

How to restore gold on your Android device:

  1. Delete the app from your device.
  2. Click on "Settings".
  3. Login with your email (the same one used to make the purchase).
  4. Download the app and tap "Options", then "Restore Purchases".
  5. Confirm your password if necessary.
  6. Get back to the clips screen and tap icons to download.

If the above directions don't restore the gold, then please email our support team at support@chesskid.com with your Order ID GPA number and we will look into your purchase.
