Where's my gold membership?

Here is how to restore gold on your Android device :)

  1. Delete the app from your device.
  2. Click on "Settings".
  3. Log in with your email (same one used to make the purchase).
  4. Download the app and tap "Options", then "Restore Purchases".
  5. Confirm your password if necessary.
  6. Get back to the clips screen and tap icons to download.

If this doesn’t restore the gold, then please email our support team at support@chesskid.com with your Order ID GPA number and we will look into your purchase.
