Where's my Gold Membership?

Learn how to find your Google Play Order ID (GPA number) to get help if your ChessKid Gold membership isn’t showing on your account.

Find your GPA number

If you purchased a Gold membership through Google Play but your ChessKid account still appears as a Basic account, there may have been a communication issue between Google Play and our platform.

Our Support Team can help, but we’ll need your Google Play Order ID (GPA number) to get started. Here’s how you can find it:

From your email receipt

Whenever you make a purchase through Google Play, a receipt is sent to the email linked to your Google Play account. To find it:

  1. Go to the inbox of the email address associated with your Google Play account.

  2. In the search bar, type 'GPA' or 'Your receipt from Google Play.'

  3. Open the email related to your ChessKid purchase, and locate your transaction ID.

From the Google Payments Center

If you can't locate the email receipt, you can still find the transaction ID in your Google Payments account:

On a computer

  1. Click on 'Activity' to view your order history.

  2. Locate your ChessKid purchase and click on it to see the transaction details and get the GPA number.

On a mobile device

  1. Visit payments.google.com in your mobile browser.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.

  3. Tap 'Activity' to view your purchase history.

  4. Tap the ChessKid transaction to find your transaction ID number.
