Where's my gold membership?

If your Google Play membership purchase didn't sync correctly to your ChessKid account, there may be a miscommunication between Google Play and our ChessKid platform. Here's how to move forward:

While on the device used to make your purchase, find your Order ID GPA number and email it to us at support@chesskid.com. We will look into your purchase.
