Get help with your login
If you forgot your username or password, follow the steps below to get help. After completing the steps, you’ll receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password if needed. The reset link will stay active for 15 minutes. If it expires before you use it, just repeat the steps to get a new one.
Web
Go to ChessKid.com and click 'Log In' in the top-right corner.
Click 'Forgot Password' below the password field.
Enter your email address and click 'Send.' You’ll receive an email with your username and a password reset link.
Mobile
Open the ChessKid app and tap 'Sign Up.'
Tap 'Log In.'
Tap 'Forgot Login' if you're on Android or 'Forgot Username' on iOS.
If you're using Android, you may be prompted to select a browser to open a new window.

If you purchased a Gold Membership but your account still shows as Basic, you can get help locating your membership by clicking here if you purchased on an Apple device, or here if you purchased through Google Play.
