If you suspect a player is violating the Fair Play rules, please submit a report following the steps below:
Click here to open the Messenger and start a new conversation with Chessica, our AI agent.
Click 'Start Conversation 👋,' then select 'Get more help 🌐' to skip browsing support articles.
Type 'I want to report a member.' Here you can enter the username of the member you want to report, and share any evidence you have.
Lastly, provide your contact information so our team can confirm once the report has been submitted.
Our Fair Play team will review the report. All findings are confidential, and if a violation is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken.
