I purchased several individual gold memberships. Where are they?

We don't have an add-on membership feature at this time. Each time a new purchase is made from the same ChessKid account, it cancels the previous membership plan and replaces it with the new one. 

Here are a couple of options for how to purchase a larger amount of memberships:

A) Purchase a new membership plan for the total number of memberships you would like.

If you choose this option, make sure to do so from within the same ChessKid account that made the original purchase. This will give you any remaining balance towards the new purchase and replace the original membership plan.

OR-

B) Leave the current gold membership plan as it is and just purchase a separate 1 Kid Membership from within the other ChessKid account that needs gold.
