I created a custom Username for my kid but it's not showing up on my account. Why? (parent/coach)

Custom Usernames must be approved by ChessKid.com staff. This process can take up to 24 hours. Check back in a little while & see if it's been approved.

While you're requested username is in the process of being reviewed, you can login with the username given to you at sign up!
